Meet Bessie Cherry, our interim Director of Marketing & Operations

We’re thrilled to share that Bessie Cherry is rejoining TruScribe as interim Director, Operations & Marketing.

Bessie was TruScribe’s first Producer, then our first Managing Producer, and ultimately oversaw the production of over 4000 videos between 2012 and 2019.

Since then, she’s gained valuable industry expertise in operational excellence, change management, coaching, and Agile practices, while serving as a copywriter and marketing consultant.

Bessie is bringing her breadth of experience back to TruScribe as we collectively accelerate our success. What does this mean for you?

Over the next few months, we plan to enhance our production processes, take productions beyond the whiteboard, streamline our communications, and deepen our relationships with clients and partners.

Our customers can expect punctual turnaround times, production value consistent with the TruScribe standard, and a reinvigorated commitment to our values.

We’ve already started making improvements.
