TruScribe’s Response to COVID-19

Update on Tuesday, March 24th

You are most likely living a new reality today compared to several weeks ago. We understand how unnerving that can be. On top of managing your social and physical distancing, aiming to stay healthy, and caring for those in your household, your job responsibilities remain.

Our team has adapted rapidly and continues to make the necessary changes to keep our employees safe and healthy by meeting and exceeding Safer at Home guidelines while continuing to work on your videos and infographics.

This isn’t easy for any of us but the ability for individuals, communities, and companies to come together in hard times is going to get us through this.

Thank you to the medical professionals who are working tirelessly to care for the sickest among us.

Thank you for all of the essential workers at grocery stores, gas stations, and beyond.

Thank you to teachers for helping our children get through this.

And thank you to you for staying home and helping to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Each one of us is doing our part in the response to COVID-19.

And our expert team at TruScribe is no different. We know that in times of uncertainty, communication is more important than ever. We are here, ready to help you share your message through custom videos and infographics.

If you are finding yourself waiting on starting a project but ready to plan for what comes next, our team is ready to get things in place.

If you need to quickly share how your company is adapting or working on COVID-19, let’s get that message out.

TruScribe is waiving all expedited fees for COVID-19 related videos and infographics to make sure you can share information quickly and effectively.

We are all in this together and we will come out of this stronger.

– Jim Herkert, TruScribe CEO

Letter from TruScribe CEO, Jim Herkert on Friday, March 13th

We are wishing you health and safety during this time. We at TruScribe are monitoring the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, carefully and updating our policies and procedures to respond to the evolving situation.

Our team is based in Madison, Wisconsin and will follow CDC guidelines and our state and local health department recommendations as they come.

The health and safety of our team is our top priority, and to that end, we are taking significant measures in our office to enable our team to work remotely and to limit contact with others in our office. If anyone on our team is feeling symptoms, we are asking them to stay home.

Despite these measures, if you have a project started or planned with TruScribe, we will get it done. We are all in this together and will work to accommodate everyone’s changing situations.

We remain committed to the importance of clear, impactful communication and to that end, we know your videos and infographics are necessary tools to connect with your staff, your clients, and your community. That becomes more important than ever when we are facing social isolation.

In addition to the measures every community is taking to stop the spread of the virus, our company will do our part to respond to the current environment and situation. TruScribe can help build social connections and keep your company growing by offering ways for you to communicate and connect with others.

We all need fast, responsive communication in these ever-changing times, and our software partner, Squigl, is ready to help. Squigl allows you to quickly and easily create your own videos (from text to video in minutes) so you can share information in a way that sticks.

For schools impacted by COVID-19, Squigl software is free for teachers and students to support online learning. Eligible K-12 schools and higher education institutions will be able to use Squigl at no cost, effective immediately, for as long as they’re affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.
