Dispute resolution:

1. Negotiation:

  Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this imprint shall first be subject to negotiation between the parties in good faith.

2. Mediation:

  If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days from the date either party sends a written notice to the other party expressing the existence of a dispute, then the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation. The mediation shall be conducted by a neutral mediator agreed upon by both parties.

3. Governing Law:

  This imprint shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes not resolved through mediation shall be resolved in the courts of Federal Courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.

4. Costs:

  Each party shall bear its own costs, including attorneys’ fees, associated with the dispute resolution process, unless otherwise determined by the mediator or arbitrator.

Amendment or Waiver:

This dispute resolution clause may only be amended or waived in writing and signed by both parties.
